I also tap into my network of other real estate agents so their clients know about your property as well.

A buyer makes an opinion of a home within minutes of entering. Appropriate staging in key areas along with decluttering and depersonalization will appeal to a broader audience and allow a buyer to imagine themselves turning your house into their home.  The first impression a buyer makes is the most important.
